Government officials and PSU employees on foreign assignments or posted to Indian missions abroad

Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)

Foreign citizens (not from Pakistan or Bangladesh) who previously held an Indian passport

Foreign citizens whose parents or grandparents were Indian citizens by virtue of the Constitution or Citizenship Act, 1955

Spouses of Indian citizens or PIOs (joint investments only) - excluding Pakistan and Bangladesh citizens
